British Plot Foiled in France

Jean Baptiste de Lyon was arrested in France under suspicion of treason. He was later executed after confessing to involvement in a British plot to assassinate the French president, M. Serge Lapaz.

King Henry of the United Kingdom denies any connection with Jean Baptiste de Lyon and any plot to assassinate a world leader. His Majesty states, "We are at war with France, yes, but we will not descend to their level. They plotted the death of my parents at the hands of the parliamentalists, and We will have justice, but that justice will come in court when our great military succeeds in bringing them under the crown." The king is on his way to speak against parliamentalism in Canada.

In other news, Turkmenistan has descended into civil war with the growing unrest in the Middle East.
